TIP: Can't Connect to the Wireless
When our customers call us and can't connect to the wireless, the #1 issue is that the wireless is off on the laptop. Most laptops have a wireless switch which, depending on laptop make/model, is most commonly found on the left or right side of the laptop / tablet. In come cases this switch is also found on the front of the laptop.
Additionally sometimes there is a key combination or a single key, look for a wireless icon on your keyboard (shown below). In this case you press and hold the key and then press the key to alternatively turn off or turn on the wireless function of the computer.
